Designed thin and narrow with a 1mm cushion. 3mm shell and low heel cup. Vinyl top and microcell bottom cover.

ORTHO HIGH HEEL ORTHOTICS

Designed for high heels, tapered at the 1st and 5th mets. 3mm shell and very low heel cup. Vinyl top and bottom cover. Sulcus length.

ORTHO PROFLEX ORTHOTICS

Designed for flexibility. 2mm shell, 1/16” cushion, and arch to heel shock absorption. Microcell top cover and vinyl forefoot only bottom cover.

ORTHO SPORT ORTHOTICS

Designed for athletic & active use. 3mm shell, 1/8” cushion. Spenco top and microcell bottom cover.

ORTHO MARATHON ORTHOTICS

Designed for higher impact. Suitable for safety boots. Extrinsic neutral rearfoot posting with extra firm shock absorption. 3mm shell, 1/8” cushion, microcell top and bottom cover.

ORTHO DIABETIC ORTHOTICS

Designed for diabetic/arthritic patients. 2mm shell, arch fill, beige plastazote top and black microcell bottom cover.

ORTHO ACCOMMODATIVE ORTHOTICS

Designed for sensitive feet. Options with different EVA shell and arch fill densities. Black plastazote top cover.

ORTHO KIDS UCBL ORTHOTICS

Designed with a very deep heel cup. 2mm shell, 1/16” cushion. Colorful microcell top cover.

XT SPRINT ORTHOTICS

Premium polypropylene laminate shell in various thicknesses. Offering high strength, flexibility and thinness for most types of footwear. Made to your specifications.

Continuous Fibre reinforced Thermoplastic composite premium material with a tough polypropylene polymer matrix. The fibre reinforced polypropylene makes it much thinner at an equal thickness. Lightweight, tough, and resilient for enhanced durability. Varying shell thicknesses from the 1.6mm ultra thin to 3.1mm for firm support and heavy use to be able to handle extreme activities and weight conditions.

ORTHO RIGID ORTHOTICS

The Rigid orthotic is for patients that require longitudinal arch support and a greater degree of bio-mechanical control. The Rigid orthotic offers the greatest amount of accommodative control of any of our orthotics.

Shell Material: 3mm Polypropylene
Standard Top Cover: Vinyl with either 1/8 or 1/16 PPT

ORTHO XT CARBON FIBER ORTHOTICS

Premium carbon fiber shell offering higher rigidity with the flexibility of it being thinner and lighter. Made to your specifications.

A premium fiber material made comprised of stretched carbon structures of graphite and polypropylene
mix leading to strong mechanical durability. Carbon fibers have low density, high resistance for stretching forces and
high modulus of elasticity. With its high strength to weight ratio, the material has a greater resistance to impact, fatigue and cracking.

ORTHO BIOSOFT ORTHOTICS

This orthotic has been designed for patients that require a more flexible orthotic either due to their condition or have a lower tolerance for traditional more rigid orthotics. While still providing control, the Semi Flex is a little more forgiving in terms of its rigidity.

Shell material: 2mm Polyethylene
Standard Top Cover: Vinyl with either 1/8 or 1/16 PPT
Standard Bottom cover: Vinyl

TOP COVER SELECTIONS

At Ortho Canada Lab, each orthotics comes standard with specific top covers to ensure complete control, quality and application. Practitioners however, may change the standard top covers to accommodate their patients needs.
